Client experience coordinator


We are looking for an outgoing, self motivated individual to help enhance the bridal experience within our boutique. We know this person possesses a genuine love for helping people and exceptional organizational skills. 

Moliere Bridal provides the opportunity for you to build and maintain relationships with your customers. From setting the first appointment, through the wedding day, you’ll enjoy a rewarding experience in a fun and professional environment. It is our goal to offer each of our brides a unique bridal shopping experience from beginning to end. You will be part of hosting brides along with their families and friends through this beautiful time in our shop. 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and offering exceptional customer service during their time in our shop. Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming calls. Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments accordingly. Communicating professionally with associates and customers. Must be proficient on the computer and learn quickly (we use a POS system) Perform inventory when needed.  Assist with the opening and closing of the store. Enter special-order dresses into computerized order system. Follow up on current clients as well as leads generated from various sources. Assist customers picking up gowns. Other tasks as assigned. 


If you are a team player who enjoys retail sales in a fun dynamic and professional environment, we would love to talk with you.

  • 1-3 years of Retail and/or Receptionist experience

  • Knowledge of the Bridal Industry is not required but is definitely a PLUS!!!

  • Saturdays are A MUST!!!
