If you are a team player who enjoys retail sales in a fun dynamic and professional environment, we would like to talk with you. High levels of customer service and listening skills are essential. Some retail sales/customer service experience is required, bridal experience is a plus, but not necessary. Candidates must be able to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced, custom-order environment. We invite you to join our team of committed professionals and help our customers with one of the most exciting and important purchases of their lives. Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes daytime, evening and weekend hours.
Task & Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate areas of the shop. Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming calls. Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments accordingly. Communicating professionally with associates and customers. Taking payment over the phone and review contracts with customers. Must be proficient on the computer and learn quickly (we use a POS system) Perform inventory when needed. Help maintain all social media accounts. Assist with the opening and closing of the store. Enter special-order dresses into computerized order system. Follow up on current clients as well as leads generated from various sources. Assist customers picking up gowns. Other tasks as assigned.
